1. How do I place an order on Cash on Delivery?
Once you add items in your shopping cart, you proceed to the payment section. You’ll add shipment information and confirm the processing on cash on delivery. You will then receive a confirmation SMS.
2. Will the products be the same that I see in the pictures?
The products shown on the website will be your exact delivery.
3. Can I see the status of my order?
You can see the status of your order by clicking ‘Track your order’ and adding your order number.
4. What are the charges for delivery?
FHS does not charge any amount on delivery. You can order as many times as you can without paying extra. (Except for International Shipments)
5. What are your return and exchange policy?
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy but the product has to be in the similar condition as received by you along with price tag.
No return or exchange will be made or damaged, used or altered products.
Lastly, there will be no returns and exchanged made on products purchased during the promotion period.
